About
I'm Frank Strack — a maker, engineer, musician, and creative who's been building cool things online since the late '90s. I'm drawn to projects that live at the intersection of craft and obsession: a space shooter coded in vanilla JavaScript, an interactive Star Wars–flavored solar system built on NASA data and fan-built Star Wars ship models, a cycling culture community that took on a life of its own, and a hard rock blues band keeping rock and roll alive in Seattle. If it's weird, ambitious, and made with care, I'm probably interested.

Work
A browser-based space shooter originally built in 1999 and lovingly updated for modern browsers. Destroy enemy fighters before they overwhelm your launchers. Pure vanilla JavaScript — no libraries, no dependencies.
Play the game
An interactive 3D solar system built with real NASA surface maps and an armada of Star Wars ships. Tour the planets in a Millennium Falcon, X-Wing, or Star Destroyer — complete with cockpit views, time controls, and a flyby tour mode.
Explore the system
Keepers of the Cog. A community and cultural institution built around the sacred Rules of European road-racing cycling etiquette. Home to The Rules, The Lexicon, and years of writing on the art and suffering of riding bikes — also inspired two published books in four languages.

A Seattle-based hard rock blues trio keeping rock & roll alive. Frank on guitar and vocals, alongside Lenny Low on bass and Eric Bittenbender on drums. Featured album: Save the Moon, available on Spotify and Apple Music.
